National Sugar Glider Association

Do YOU want to be a part of it?
At this point, I'd like to see the association gain a large number of members and from there, everyone involved can decide to elect or appoint leaders (President, Vice President etc...) If you are interested, please start posting so we can get it going.. if you were at the SGGA you already heard my spiel... if not here is a brief overview of the Asociation:
The National Sugar Glider Registry Association (NSGRA) is how the Glider Community will become the crucial aspect to the Registry.
The NSGRA is a committee of devoted glider enthusiasts who will be willing to undertake such tasks as:
-Establishing color standards
-Governing and Enforcing the rules and standards of the Registry, its Lineages and Pedigrees
-Moderating the Registry-related Forums on the Website
-Meeting at least once a year for an annual review and to plan for the upcoming year
-Spearheading and supporting other important glider-related endeavors such as informational campaigns
The NSGRA is the authority that will verify and uphold the Registry, therefore the committee will be comprised of knowledgeable and experienced individuals that are respected by the glider community.

Ok all, I've been getting some great response to this and I think it's time to start organizing....
IF you HAVE NOT e-mailed me yet, please do so! Remember that you can participate as much or as little as you want to!
Also, I believe we should start forming the "board" president, vice president, and so on....
Here's how it will work.... Please nominate someone (ANYONE!) by e-mailing or PMing me, after I get a solid group of nominees, I will go ahead and ask for votes... he with the most votes gets president, he with the second most gets vice president, and THOSE TWO get to choose the remainder of the board between themselves.
Don't like the way I've set this up? LET ME KNOW! I will change this so everyone feels it is fair.
If you are nominated I will contact you and only AFTER getting permission from you, will your name go on the ballot!
Let's keep this rolling!
