I used Mazuri Ferret feed for mine and a few other animals and I loved it!

Sorry I can't help, I didn't have a ferret long enough to get into all its needs.

Easy. Triple F Farms.

http://www.tripleffarms.com/

I can say this because my little SuperFreak was diagnosed with Adrenal Gland Disease (and I had previously tried several ferret diets: Marshall (yuck), some multi-colored food -- forget what it was called), but when SuperFreak lost all of her hair... I was heartbroken. Somehow, I tumbled upon this food, and she really picked her weight back up (she was right at one pound), and she regrew ALL of her hair! I swear, this is the best food out there.

Pricey, but it's worth it. I had it shipped in with three bags of their largest size. Very good company. The bonus? The ferrets smell better, too. That Marshall stuff really made them stink.

Thanks
I dont have ferrets now (used to), but am thinking I want to someday, so am always looking for the best diet for them when I do get them again.

Has any of you tried a raw meat diet?
