$109.00 per night includes 2 hot breakfast per room

King or 2 Queens ~ Connecting rooms available
Smoking & Non-smoking rooms are available.
Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per day.

Refrigerators are available for a one time $10.00 charge.
There is a $15.00 non refundable pet deposit per room.

I just wanted to post a reminder, if you need a smoking room, you might want to get one reserved soon to make sure you can get one.
There is a smoking ban in Kansas City. The hotels are allowed a certain number of smoking rooms under the ban. Once those rooms are full they are full, there is nothing the hotel can do. So if you need a smoking room, get one now.

The cutoff date for the group rate on the hotel rooms is MONDAY JUNE 22, 2009. If you don't have your room reserved, please do so by Monday.

Since I was so late in posting a reminder, I was able to get the hotel to extend the deadline for the group rate.
So if you didn't get your room booked you can still get the group rate until Monday June 29th. However there are not many rooms left so don't wait to long!

Sure! Book under the group so you get the discounted rate, but just ask for a room not in the "tower." That is where most of the glider people will be.

Monday June 29th is the last day to book your room at the group rate. They will not extend the deadline any further. If you book after the 29th you will have to pay full price.

Tomorrow is the LAST day to book your room at the group rate. If you have not booked yet please do so asap so you don't have to pay the higher rate.

Just spoke with the hotel.
Animals are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, which is where our breakfast will be served. Only service animals are allowed. Please DO NOT take your gliders into the hotel restaurant.
